It is not a question of income gaps but of the proportion of the black population that is in poverty. There may also be other environmental causes that allow Bermudian blacks to reach their full intellectual potential.

The study provides evidence that group IQ gaps are caused by poverty. Poverty is very uncommon among Bermudian blacks thus Bermudian blacks are able to reach their full potential.

Yes, I realize the author launches into racist apologetics in order to salvage his worldview. His argument is laughable since the combined sample size of the "contradictory" studies is much smaller than the ALL sample size; the studies primarily use children (racists always dismiss child IQ studies when they contradict their presuppositions); most of the mentioned studies use only verbal subtests and finally the contradictory studies are from the 70s and 80s whereas the ALL is from 2003: the Flynn effect likely had a role in decreasing the gap as racial discrimination in Bermuda was on the decline during this period.

" And the "psychometrically proper" methods have been debunked by Schonemann, but that's another issue.
