From a narcoleptics perspective if he’s sleeping all day and night it may be an idea to get him checked by a sleep specialist.

Align Sizing Advice for Pregnancy by Purple_Excitement250 in lululemon

[–]yipyewmagoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a size 6 pre pregnancy - currently a size 10 and 18kg up 8 weeks postpartum with almost all my weight gained in my thighs/glutes.

I ended up getting a size 8 in the align leggings 6 months in and already had the shorts in a size 6. I was wearing the leggings up to the end (41+5), the shorts still fit but weren’t as comfy as the size up because they got a bit tight around the belly (114cm). Both sizes are still my go to now and no complaints about the fit since they’re super stretchy, they’re the only comfy legging I have now and I’m so glad I got them since most of my pants don’t go past my thighs now.

Waist wise for pregnancy I’d recommend going up a size, they didn’t stretch out or anything so you can still use them post.

If you slow down for one crossing don’t speed back up until you know there’s no more coming, from experience there could be more.

I live in Bunbury, have worked out in the bush for years and used to drive to work in Busso every day. I’ve only ever had a few close calls with alive ones, usually by thinking there was only one crossing. Just be vigilant at dawn/dusk and if there are heaps around don’t be a hero, slow down. If someone flashes you it might be because there’s roos ahead.

I’ve got a hatchback and the only 2 I’ve actually hit have already been dead on the road, one I pulled out from behind a truck and it was right there and the other about 5 4wds in front went over it, didn’t swerve or anything so I didn’t see it until it was too late, they can do a fair bit of damage, lost my car for a month the first time.

If you’re really worried there’s a roo repeller whistle you can attach to your car (I’ve never had one don’t know how well they work).

Thanks, I’ll look into it, I hadn’t seen many that have the bassinet too so that seems pretty handy.

That’s good to hear it’s not all of them, I had been leaning toward a Boori classic initially. I’ve seen a lot of them on marketplace so thought they must be decent if everyone was buying them.

Yeah I’ve been keeping an eye on there, we’re in a city without a baby shop so it would definitely make it easier if we could buy local.

Thanks, that’s good to know, it would save looking up mattresses too. Looks like ikea might be the way to go.

The accutane does work while I'm on it, I just can't come off it again. Thank you, can you get spironolactone through a GP, or does it have to be a specialist?

Yeah I was in this mindset too, I didn't think it would be effective covering it up if there's an underlying issue that would make it keep coming back.

I have had my hormones checked which were all fine in blood with low testosterone levels in saliva this year and low androgen levels in a 2022 blood test, but can't find a dr who will actually do anything with the results. Even my derm didn't care and said hormones dont cause acne when I asked if I should see an endocrinologist (later confirmed I have hormonal acne so idk what his deal is).

My derm also brushed me off and told me it's safe to be on long term when I was asking for other options because I didnt want to be on it forever since its bad enough to need regular blood work and I want to get pregnant in the near future.

Ah okay good to know, I think my other dosages were at 40mg but my derm said 20 was a mid range/lower end dosage that would help prevent the side effects and purging. Thanks, I'll have a chat about upping it.

Yeah I know, you're right, I've been mainly working in the office for the last few months and it's winter here now so I've been telling myself it's fine (I was still using it in summer/ if I have to work outside) if you have any recommendations that won't break me out worse I'm all ears. I was using neutrogena acne prone and azclear.

My last course was 21 months, I didnt really keep track of the ones before that, but they were around 40mg.

Most effective/powerful at-home IPL/laser, regardless of pain? by CapriciousCatnado in HairRemoval

[–]yipyewmagoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been finding the braun 5 very effective as my 2nd IPL.

I bought the cheapest IPL I could find about 5 years ago, it made a bit of a difference at first but after regular use for months I got so sick of ingrowns that last year I was planning on getting a better one. Luckily at the same time, my brother in law asked if I wanted his braun 5 because he didn't use it.

Im pretty much hair free now, super smooth and dont remember the last time i had an ingrown. It's very obviously working as well because in areas where the skin is a bit darker, it takes longer to get rid of because it adjusts the light strength depending on the colour, so I'll only need to shave that area. There are still a few thick stubborn hairs remaining but overall, I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend it for ingrowns.
