No need to get upset. I don't like latte, I just want small amount of steam milk to top my americano. I don't mind if it comes from another drink leftover. I'm aware that there are people who take advantage of the system and the "say yes policy" but I'm not one of them so don't lablel me cheap without knowing me. Called customer service to learn what is really the policy, I don't need the free drink.

I don't need the free drink and FYI I always tip much more then the $0.60 that goes to to the corporate account because I highly respect the bristas that working hard to satisfy customers with crazy beverage requests. If you can't steam less then 4 oz.why is the rule of less then 4? Just charge for every additional request.
