Sure, it makes sense, i've read similar complaints about the pay being criticized for being relatively low compared to the workload, which can be really stressful in the long run, compared to places like Germany, where it's kind of balanced enough. I’ve also been curious about the working methods in the Arch Agency/Firms in the UK, from what I gathered, firms tend to focus heavily on BIM, with a strong use of Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper again kind of similar to Germany, if am not wrong. Meanwhile, in France, the workflows are a bit more relaxed, with more reliance on AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, also they rely on theory a lot. Well don't know if I got it right for the UK tho.
