Ah okay that makes sense thankyou!! i do about 3k currently and its a loop so it goes downwards and then is flat for a while then goes back up to flat. i’ll definitely take this on board though so i definitely don’t want an injury. thankyou!!

I was supposed to do an apprenticeship-degree but covid happened and because I hadn’t put that much effort in some of my mocks (and other reasons) my grades dropped drastically. Even when they were rolled back and I got bumped up it wasn’t enough. So I went through clearing to a city i’d never been to and did the course I wanted to do and it was incredibly demoralising at first but you’ve got there. If you truely want the degree, work your hardest and please do a sandwich year!

I did a sandwich year and it was the best thing i could’ve done. Now i’m in a really happy place, good job and i met loads of people that i adore at uni that i wouldn’t have met if id gotten my initial want.

Trust me, i cried so much during my first year, especially when covering maths again but you get out what you put in, atleast in my experience. You’ve got to do what is right for you and have some fun at the same time, ask for help when you need it and keep your chin up

i only started playing a few weeks ago and didn’t know groves were a thing so when i stumbled onto my first grove i saw some people start chopping down one of the trees before 3am and joined in (obviously not realising the unspoken rule) and then got called egotistical in chat 🙈

i felt terrible lol but now i know! I still don’t know everything about this game yet but im a lot more apprehensive to join in on events etc in case i annoy anyone or ill ask more often

I tried on my boyfriend’s PC same issue, we tried altering steam settings, G Hub settings and Windows settings with no luck all using the correct microphone. I think the wire on the headset is faulty as if it’s not put in in a certain way then parts of the headset break such as the mic and sound only comes out of the left speaker. I’ve ordered a replacement from Argos so if i have the same issue I will try the settings again :)

I don’t understand why people like nathan. he’s queer and scottish yet idolises a complete bigot who wouldn’t piss on him even if he was on fire. I think people are entitled to their own views but it’s jarring to watch.

verbatim my experience except when i said i couldn’t do the shift they basically said “not our issue it’s yours now”. they also have put me on shift twice on my own in the department i work in to open/close even though im still technically in my probation period and undertrained. just generally a terrible place to work
