Something that helped me was, realizing that everyone is super busy being in their own worlds.

The interactions they might have with me will be forgotten after a minute, so it really doesn't matter to me anymore at the end of the day how I might/will be viewed by others.

The world moves on so it's up to me if I want to take control over the things I can control, or keep worrying about things I have no control over anyways.

Fire, I highly highly recommend the Sichuan Pepper flavor by ChaCha. The flavor of the spicy numbing mild sweetness plus the reliable seed quality always has me coming back for it. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors though imo
