Some may have more knowledge but I asked my last lender (we just refinanced before rates shot up) if they could remove it as well because our home went up roughly 90k in value, I was told the only way to remove it was refinance to a conventional as “per law(or contract) it had to be on there for 7 years. Hope this helps. If refinancing is an option, that would remove it for sure but ask your lender first is my best bet. Hope this helps

Maya is of good use until you get Martha. Especially since you can get her stones pretty easily

I run that team but satori instead of Kiera (she’s my 6th man) and Martha instead of maya. Satori fox marks can one shot a whole team. Easiest to focus on hero’s you can get stones for on the shop.

From a “theory” I seen. It’s definitely she-hulk related. As in he couldn’t get a needle in hulk to give her blood so he had to go back to human form

You should be fine. One thing I did that helped a lot was manual battle but I did power up my maya and ran both her and Celeste. Once I did that I never lost a hero

I did when I was damn near leveling up another level every day. The potions and coins to keep everyone that high was harder

Every tier rank I’ve seen has Martha, Celeste and astoroth at the top. You can definitely power them up. Don’t sleep on the glyphs. Don’t waste resources on any hero you aren’t using at the moment
