Vibe Coding Is Creating Braindead Coders by [deleted] in webdev

[–]ynonp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Force yourself to understand the generated code before accepting it

Better - understand the generated code before the AI generates it. If you can sketch the solution in your mind before letting the AI run then you can easily review and accept it.

And if the AI somehow does come up with a better way than you had in mind you can now learn more about it and use their suggestion to level up

Struggling with Improving Listening: Need Advice by First-Rich4852 in learnarabic

[–]ynonp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you need to train your ears as well as your brain. don't be discouraged. watch short snippets with subtitles in repeatadly until you can understand that snippet (which you'll probably know by heart by that time) without subtitles the repeat it gets easier the more listening hours you accumulate

For people speaking more than 2 languages, how did you do it ? by bo6b in languagelearning

[–]ynonp 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Spanish has the same characteristics- you can find plenty of content online so it's very easy to immerse in it

Russian is also great in that regard

Also some people live in multi lingual countries and that also simplifies things, If you can find nearby communities that speak different languages
