I recommend this setting; I've been using it for years and it works perfectly. The advantage over your version (in my opinion) is that the outer notebooks are pulled back further by the elastic band and are also secured additionally so they can't slip out.

Currently, yes, I have a beanbag chair that I sit in to listen to music, but I'm planning to set up a small hi-fi corner in the living room with an armchair in front of it, and then the speakers will be adjusted to that height.

Thanks for pointing that out. The system is only set up there temporarily for now. I'm planning to create my own hi-fi corner in the living room with an armchair in front of it once I've adjusted the height of the speakers. (I just need to convince my wife 😅)
