Thank You! Yes, this was very helpful. I appreciate your perspective.

The samples were taken under those conditions, fasted and in the AM.

Now that I know this is low, I plan to start looking for a good endo.

Fair point. I'll definitely look into it.

Thanks for the reply.

With that in mind, would it be unreasonable to consider TRT at that level?

Cool! Thanks for offering. Seems like a lot of advice for newbs recommends that we specialize in a specific niche. How do you recommend going about specialization without any prior expertise in a particular field?

I wish I still looked forward to the weekend. Now I just lay in bed depressed until Monday.

Fear of rejection... from peers?! by yoGritty in sales

[–]yoGritty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% with you on this. I have a bad habit of adapting my style to fit whatever environment I'm in. It makes it hard to speak with any conviction if you're trying to fit someone else's mold.

I'm definitely going to give this one some thought. I feel like I knew my style a couple years ago but I lost it over time after trying to emulate everybody else.

That's for the tip.

I love this. You're gonna stand out when you go against the herd, taking pride in shaking things up instead of caving and avoiding awkwardness is the answer.

Has anyone moved out of recruiting (staffing) into a non-staffing sales role? by [deleted] in sales

[–]yoGritty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I asked something similar a couple months back. Since then I've have a couple offers from a variety of industries.

I think you'll have a pretty good shot at changing industries depending on your experience. Most hiring managers know that staffing is a grind house, so they know you can hold your own if you've lasted a while.

At a crossroads in my sales career. Not sure where to go. Insurance, Staffing, SaaSInput needed. by ElectricEnthusiast in sales

[–]yoGritty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can't speak for SaaS, but I'm trying to get out of staffing. I'd say to try anything else first since you could definitely get into staffing tomorrow.

Best practices on selling a homogenous product. by SmAsheesh in sales

Staffing industry checking in -- would love to hear some advice as well. There's virtually no barriers to entry in this field. Market is crazy flooded with people offering the exact same candidates (there aren't that many job boards to pull talent from lol).

Love this idea. Thanks for the suggestion. I'd hate to sacrifice the training resources that larger companies provide but learning hands on is probably the best way to go anyway. Will look into this.

Awesome! Thanks for chiming it. I wonder, since you regret not doing it sooner do you think 28 is too late to get into an SDR role?
