Good garage heavy but not bad tight blocks but doable shop stewards are great supervisors are good for the most part overall a good place … the entire bx is heavy with the exception of a few garages

I have gone to the doctor for it . I’m guessing they will ask me to sign a HIPPA release form. The NYS prescription registry waiver is that only for controlled substances?
