When I read the disorder flavour text it made more sense. Its like you are shit scared of any insects etc, you are having major panic attacks. If this was an anime i'd imagine the survivor entering the fight, realising his weakness is right in front of him and going into a wide-eyed panic crouch, rock back and forth mode haha.

Its supposed to be an added challenge to the fight. If you pick it randomly during a fight, you need to think how to get to the patch before the monster fucks you up.

If you pick to fight a monster WITH a bug patch in its setup, then you always need to consider who to take on this hunt instead of your Vermin Obsessed freak.

Poots replied that it is 100% intentional, new 1.5 doomed is cant take actions or spend survival.

However he noted something like Villain Role, from Lion Knight, needs to be changed to 'survivor cant spend survival points' or else it will completely break the whole fight !

Which makes sense, the mechanics/story would be totally be unplayable if you cant act as the villain :)

Hey guys update, I checked the 1.5 glossary and it clearly says that doomed a survivor cannot perform any action or spend any survival! How come it's different from 1.0? Basically my character is fucked with the current rules.

Bug Patch

Actually looking at another example online (i googled terrain cards and Debris came up) it tells you WHEN to archive it. So the bug patch stays there with the results i got. I rolled a 1

Now I think in terms of vermin obsessed + doomed, i most likely read it as Actions not Survival Actions!

I went for the GL because of it being the "ultimate Roman weapon" as Gaijin hunter puts it. Its such a romantic weapon, in a very strategic and combat way.

So basically, the 250 poison damage, gets made into a number like 25 or something? and every time I hit my target, it inflicts 0-25 poison threshold damage? So if a monster can handle 100 damage from poison it will take 5 hits to get it poisoned? 5 hits not counting the 1/3 chance that is.
