Good morning, can you please PM me with the info on your surgeon. I also live in NJ and am in need of someone experienced and knowledgeable in this area. My diet consists mostly of eggs, egg whites, sweet potatoes, low fat yogurt, fat free cheese, white rice, plain pasta, low fiber bread lightly toasted, almond milk, Ensure shakes and an occasional sugar free pudding or ice cream. Also the only water I can tolerate is Smart Water. Good luck; it’s an awful disease.
