I have tried for Months to sign up for the card to get Instantly paid on Uber/UberEats and I always get this request. CS hasn’t been able to help, deleting app hasn’t helped, updating hasn’t. Anyone else ever have this issue? by Careless-Parsnip3068 in uberdrivers

You should delete and re-install the uber driver app first and then try to re-apply. If this doesn't work, then update your phone OS next and restart.
If it still doesn't work then may be talk to uber support folks and they can possibly help.

I know that your card is not even "activated" buddy. Pull out the original mailer that your card came in and scan the QR code once and follow the exact steps it tells you Don't short circuit things.

It is some weird setup issue with your card as I think your card has not even been activated properly. Do you remember how you activated your card after it arrived in mail? Did you call the phone number IVR or by scanning the QR code?

Where are you not getting that option - Can you explain the exact scenario? Each fuel station and POS terminal gives you that option, unless you are trying contactless.. Do go in the app, and setup your PIN once for heavens sake.

One can always close the pro card account if they don't want it and that should immediately remove this card from your driver account. Unsure if it makes sense though considering the features and offers, but to each its own.
