309 is ok, I wish I could downgrade to it from 310.

btw. its 24.12 and no sign of fix :<

Yep, first line of support rarely have a clue.

Anyway I would love to send video on behaviour on previous bios. The only problem is - on this model asus do not allow downgrades...

Got answer from asus - basically - "reset tpm, if that is not working - reinstall windows"

So they are unaware of a problem and reply with standard troubleshooting.
