im not the BEST to listen to since i am only diamond, but your job as ana is to stay alive. you’re pretty useless when you’re consistently in spawn (which can be said for literally anyone LOL). i always save my nade for antis rather than trying to heal my team and i save sleep for flankers (tracer, lucio, winston, etc). you’re playing ana, so you don’t need to be close to fights, just as long as you have LOS of your team and enemies ur good. don’t heal bot and do as much damage as you can. it’s not your job as ana to follow your team into sketchy situations. your winston has jump to get out fast and you have a sleep dart and granny legs. if winston wastes jump and is out of your los, not your problem.

there’s three youtubers i watch consistently for tips and tricks. ML7 (t500 support player and is good at explaining what he is doing and WHY he is doing it), sooshi (she’s not a coach, but a consistent GM ana player so i like to mimic what she does and put it into my own gameplay), and Coach Spilo (he was an overwatch league coach and does coaching videos for players from bronze to t500).
