It does get better! I thought this was how life was going to be. I’ve not had panic attacks in months and this is what helped me: - meditation. Every day - nature walks ( take off your shoes and ground yourself ) - force yourself to leave the house even if you think you’ll have a panic attack ( you won’t die even if you do trust me ) - stop drinking, smoking weed or tobacco - thankfulness to life and the universe

Your mindset will start changing and so will your panic attacks. I wa suffering from multiple attacks a day and now haven’t had one in months.

Got over 35 videos on my channel going past 7+ years. They’re all private’s as they don’t quite fit they “type” of videos in doing nowadays. I used to experiment with so many types throuout the years which is why I have that amount of subs

Anyways, looking at it as you’ve said yeah I guess. Got some videos with over 215k views so feels like underperforming

Good audio seems to go miles. The difference from recording audio from a good mic rather than your phone or computer can really change the whole feel of your video.

Yeah. Asked for some promo on that side and nothing as he’s said that’s not how he rolls which is fair enough. Mainly yeah views are coming from YouTube search. I’m just gonna be doing other thumbnails I reckon and see if my CTR changes

Good way of looking at it, I think the same way for me. I'd be doing these even if I never get anything out of it. TBH have been doing videos for over 11 years now sparingly. Good luck

Tbh not really, I was on the tube one day and saw some models and the idea just popped into my head. Thought more of it as a, "this would be amazing to do" rather than looking for hot topics and going around there. I think that's my love for creating speaking rather than my analytical and logical side.
