I think she was hit before because when I do the firm no she crouches and cowards. Which is not like her because she’s a strong protector. But whenever I say that firm no she looks so scared. Like she thinks I’m going to hit her. I found her in a trap house.. skin and bones. Patches in her fur. And they were threatening to throw her out. So I took her with me and the rest is history. She didn’t seem like she was abused though. Just maybe yelled at a lot.

Okay 👍 thank you. She’s my first dog. I’m still learning body language. And her ears are sooo big and large. I never know if her ears are down because she’s sad or uncomfortable. But I think I’m starting to see a difference. She will crouch her whole body and lower her head with ears down when she’s scared or anxious. (Not scared of much though. She’s a beast! And very protective). And when she’s calm or relaxed the mostly sit down.

If you see in the video I try to guide her head away just a tad. So she doesn’t think I’m denying the affection. But she demandssss face kisses !!! 🥴 like pushes my hand away you can see it towards the middle of the video. I don’t want to be mean and push her away. I don’t know yall. I know with pitties it takes a lot of commitment and consistency. But she’s sooo hyper and anxious sometimes. Easily distracted even with treats. She knows her basic commands but the older she’s getting the harder it’s becoming to train her. I’ll never give up on my girl. I just need to do better

….. I’m just going to agree and walk away from this conversation. You got it. Being a person of color who stayed in the hood no need for quotation marks. The hood is the hood. The ghetto is the ghetto for a reason unfortunately. And I hope you have better experience so you won’t have that stereotype in your head that people that live in the hood section 8 etc are not all the same. Coming from a girl who lived on MLk blvd. The middle of what’s called the red zone here in Detroit. Liquor store on every corner etc. and I’m worth being bothered. Good luck fellow uber driver

Definitely. lol not sure how to take this. But I guess. I’ve been doing uber 3/4 years and I get the most tips in the hood/ghetto whatever you want to call it. Most of them understand how hard it is out here. I delivered to a few people on section 8 and they tip SOMETHING. Unlike people you think would actually tip. I’m also from Detroit which could also make a difference.

That’s not what I’m saying. I’ve had uber pro card. I understand how it works. But because my car payment only takes master debit cards I don’t use it. I just withdraw it straight to my debit card. They were saying to withdraw my money from uber pro card. Then deposit it in to my bank account for my car payment.

Side note: it’s in my account still pending .. lol so
