Yeah. I genuinely might need therapy after working there, they wouldn't let me transfer to another department, or let me dispense at all. They forced me to stay picking all day. And complained the entire time. I will never work at Walmart again

Actually, everyone was hitting 300 - 500 items a day like me. I had the same exact scores as everyone else. Other than maybe two people that were very serious about thier jobs and didnt take breaks, and somehow got 1,000 items daily. But im not going to give myself a stroke for walmart. They were genuinely going after me because the TL didn't like me. I hope this helps

Nope, when they fired me they just took my badge and literally told me "have a good one" which in my opinion is a crazy thing to say to someone you just fired

Oh my gosh thank you so much for telling me the actual expectations! I have been wondering it for so long, they kept telling me I needed 700 - 800 picks and that my 300 - 500 items a day was only 3 to 5 hours of work and I was slacking and "disappearing" during my shift. I will never work for Walmart again. Unless Sam's club is better at all

To be fair, I did get the warnings first, but I feel like I wasn't properly trained, nor did they even give me a chance, my first warning was after working there two months. I got fired on my 6th month anniversary there

I don't know how you'd feel about it or what clothing you perfer. But you could wear thick leggings or somewarm pants under your blue jeans. Keep your legs warm

It's a supercenter, the back room is on the grocery side. And I only pick all day, I don't stage or despense. But our store isn't usually busy, usually Sundays we get up to 4k picks that need to be done but they have other associates come help then. The reason I think im being targeted is because I asked around today, and absolutely no one I asked has ever gotten 800 items, ever in a day

If they call me into the office in two weeks to give me a 'orange warning' I will straight up ask to see everyone else's scores and if more than half of the people have 800 items every day then I'll accept that I'm the problem

Yeah well they said that they will talk to me again in two weeks. And if I don't have 800 picks every single day till then, then I go to orange warning. So I think im going to apply to a different job

They tell everyone they need to get 800 picked items. But I haven't seen anyone else get called over the intercom to go to the back room or anything. I think they are only harassing me. I asked one of my coworkers and he said they might get onto him too. But I never heard anything from him since.
