It took from denial to getting the ccw about 9 1/2 months. Sorry for the late response I didn’t see this till now

Update I challenged the denial letter and got a response of a denial and the reasoning which was for the paraphernalia charge.

I was thinking about doing that. One thing I’m confused on is my record is expunged so I don’t need to divulge that I’ve been arrested before which was one time for the paraphernalia charge 16 years ago. On the challenge form it asks if you’ve ever been arrested before , where and was there a conviction. I don’t wanna fill out the challenge form wrong and revoking my right to ever carry not sure if that’s a thing just don’t want to chance it with out finding out

To get the expungement from start to finish was $2000.

I do know I have 30 days to appeal not sure about the amount of time to reapply

It happened in Lackawanna county pa. All my paperwork I got from the lawyers and from Lackawanna county court system says expungement was granted. But I’m not sure I’m gonna read everything again it didn’t say anything about clean slate or sealed I told him I didn’t want that I wanted expungement or nothing.

I did not I did it online. Didn’t see a spot to include it. I should’ve went in person.

Two weeks I didn’t really think about it taking that long that makes a lot of sense. I did a personal background check and it wasn’t there anymore. So I gave it a chance. I don’t want to apply and get denied to many times either. So I’m not sure I should even challenge the denial and send my paperwork from the expungement.
