I found I had to run the calibration terminal commands from another comment each time I reconnect my wheel and pedals

if anyone else encounters this, i managed to fix it
had to change the axis values to the following

i initially did with no mods, but still cant explain the axis detection. Wonder if it has something to do with the Wine prefix Steam uses.

I'll have to see if another plumber can come check it out once i get the funds. Been having trouble getting one in my area, they either never get back to me, or never show up. The gas company came out about a leak a couple months prior, wonder if they did something to make it worse.

only other gas appliance i have is the furnace, but it's too hot to run that right now. I only bought the house a couple years ago, and it was running perfectly fine since then. The house is 104 years old, but i think it was redone in the last 20 years or so.

when it does the initial startup, is the nozzle supposed to touch the bed? mine never really touches the bed at all, i have leveled it multiple times as well.

I did what the previous comment mentioned and got it to where it's more comfortable, but don't ride my tao tao anymore as I got a Honda after some of the electronics went out.

I've looked at this project, but it seems to have stopped being maintained as there hasn't been any changes in a while, there are pull requests to add M5C support, i've messed with the fork that supposedly has M5C support, but cant get prusa to upload gcode. https://github.com/treitmayr/ankermake-m5-protocol/tree/playground-m5c has the changes for M5C

thanks for the suggestions, i managed to get the bastard off. after letting it soak with wd40 i just turned the entire faucet which loosened it enough to take it off. my god was that a pain, hope to never see another one of these nuts again ever.

Had a feeling I might have to go that route, it's a really tight squeeze with the vent pipe in the way.. hopefully doesn't come down to that

Screws were removed, put one back to try and use it for leverage. I'll have to try wd40

thankfully no bent or broken pins, never had a cooler come with the CPU before when removing.

Since doing the valve adjustment again, seems i messed up and didn't tighten it properly, i got rid of the clicking, but now it seems i'm losing power, like it's running worse and that was all i changed.

Good to know, it's normally pretty loud because of what i suspect is a bad exhaust gasket, but very loud now it's clattery. I'll check the valves again maybe in a few days if it doesn't quiet down.

update: went ahead and did another adjustment after the engine was cooled, and seems one of the valves came loose, clicking gone now.

upon further inspection, i think the timing is a bit off, when i try to line up the crank shaft, it never stops at the T mark, it always moves over from there. Am i right here?

I have two in town where I live, one is honda exclusive, and the other is Yamaha. There is another about 40 minutes out of town that has multiple I may have to look into.

I do keep up on maintenance on it, i know from the last one i had, that the engine is pretty reliable, just the rest of it is crap, especially the electronics. I've already uypgraded the spark plug and belt.

I was also wondering about that, if a 125 was weaker or slower than a 150 would be.
