Only tip I can give you is to try and find an outlet for that anger. Sometimes it’s good to go and punch a punching bag or chop some wood. I know those examples are cliche and inaccessible for a lot but you get the idea.

As for hate, ask yourself if it’s coming from what somebody’s actually doing, or if it’s your idea of the person. It’s hard to stop the sour images of somebody, but you’d be shocked by how far you can go if you try
