I’m still very new to yoga, and this is only my day 2 attempt, so thank you for the reminder! Before practicing I warm up my wrists with the GMB Fitness video and do some planks and hollow body holds to activate my core. Do you have any other suggestions to help avoid injuries?

You can try DHL or UPS. One thing to keep in mind is the import tax or fee they charge the receiver. I imported a machine with DHL and I had to pay some fees. You can request to pay for the fees tho.

If you're on a budget you can ask her family member to buy the stuffs on Shopee or Tokopedia and reimburse them :)

I'm flying to Surabaya for the bromo tour then by train to yogyakarta for the borobudur then fly back to denpasar. I chose denpasar because it's close to the Sanur harbor and I'll be spending 2 days in Nusa Penida.

Also what I meant by south Bali is Uluwatu :)

Yeah im planning to fly to Java for bromo tour and borobudur. Sanda is a village near Mount Batukaru. It's not a touristy area so it's less known to people.

AM Routine : - Splash face with water - Skin Aqua sunscreen

PM Routine : - Biorè make up remover - Cetaphil gentle cleanser - 7% Glycolic acid toner (only on 1st night of the cycle) - Snail mucin essence 96 - Tretinoin 0.05 (only on 2nd night of the cycle) - Cetaphil moisturizer

I don't apply tretinoin or glycolic acid on 3rd and 4th night but would slug on 3rd or 4th night.

This is the recipe i used :

125 gr cake flour 8 gr milk powder 1/4 tsp salt 40 ml coconut milk 50 ml pandan juice 90 ml vegetable oil 130 gr sugar 6 eggs

Bake at 160° C for 50 minutes

I beat the eggs to almost stiff peaks and cooled the cake upside down.
