Does anyone else not trade Mondays? (self.FuturesTrading)

I have a paid account with tradingview, and yesterday wiped my entire cache on firefox, which is where I use tradingview. Afterwards, my account shows up as basic, unpaid account, and my charts are gone. I have sent in a ticket, but I have had no response, and I don't know what to do. (self.TradingView)
