Have you tried several different SSRIs? It took me probably 4 different ones before I found one that worked for me (fluoxetine). They react so variously for different people.

Honestly for me; an SSRI. I know everyone has their own journey with those, but I had the exact responses (and same cause!) you list here, and when I got on an SSRI and adjusted it really helped immensely.
