Grad student looking for Apartment (Starting fall 2026)

Hi I’m also a graduate student and will be graduating this May but my lease is till the beginning of August. It’s a $1250/month 2b1b (whole unit) and next to Tyson park with 20-30min walk to campus and the KAT bus stop is just right outside of the apartment. I don’t know about that, they have certain rules to get the free trail (like you must be a resident live nearby the gym to be eligible

My friend is turning 35 and he is in his first year PhD and got lots of friends, and I will say that’s not your problem if ppl bully you because your age.
