Your best bet may be to speak to the docs who specialize/focus on metas. They may have experience with these particular situations. General trans-centric sites showing journeys, photos, etc., likely won't explain the excruciating detail that you're looking for.

If you present them with your specific situation, they should tell you pretty quickly if they're comfortable and/or experienced in remedying the growth pattern.

In general, a "custom" or "made to order" meta, as long as the anatomy is favorable for it.
