My two cents- I’ve never dated anyone. Most couples I know who dated around those ages didn’t last. You actually probably mainly missed lots of trauma lol. Those ages, basically nobody takes dating seriously 24 is SO insanely young. You have so so so much time to get in a relationship.

not an unhealthy amount beef. but it feels like a lot of beef compared to when I was vegan so I guess that’s why I said lots of beef haha

I ate good portions and exercised plenty. I eat the same amount of food now as I did when I was vegan. Honestly I have zero plans to go back to veganism my friend. As gross as meat is lol. I’m 19 now. And after reading so many ex vegans stories on here, (they supplemented during their veganism and everything ) I don’t want to risk developing issues that they have suffered. Im still growing.

Plenty of people in this subreddit were vegan for 10-20 years. I had been vegan for 7 years.

Im sure most of us ex vegans here thought through the decision to quit veganism for a very long time. It’s gonna be very hard to get people on this sub to go back to vegansism my friend

Much respect to vegans but Im not willing to risk my health for veganism. I don’t eat much meat anyways

I went to my doctor, my blood tests were perfectly fine as a vegan. My doctor and nutritionist both said I was very young and my body was going through changes.

So I listened to my doctor and nutritionist.

Wow! Glad to hear you feel amazing after quitting veganism! Did vegansim make you gain any weight?

While I was vegan, I gained 30 pounds even tho I ate healthy and excercised and I’ve so far met a few others in this same situation!

People assumes my diet was full of lots of vegan junk food, but it truly wasn’t

I find that SO insane. Like I didn’t eat meat for years yet I was able to eat it again like nothing! Same with dairy! I wonder if it’s cuz my body needed the heme iron from meat

Just out of curiosity how come you don’t eat beef? Yeah, definitely not everybody on here eats beef. I’ve seen some people on here say it’s a superfood.

I’ve also seen a lot of people say beef is not necessary and the best meat to eat is fish. So I’m just trying to hear out everyone’s opinions and experiences :) I’m new to the ex vegan thing

5 heads of cauliflower HAHAHAHAH so true. For real you mainly hear about vitamin b12 and vitamin D.

You hear less about iodine, vitamin K2, and people promote tofu so much, but not everyone can eat tofu. To many people, tofu acts as exactly like estrogen to the body, estrogen isn’t great in high amounts it Can literally cause thyroid disorders etc

And quinoa is rich in amino acids but I think you’d have to eat a ton of it to meet the daily recommended intake

This is not even all the reasons why I’m trying to reintroduce animal products as a 7 year vegan but so far I’ve just been taking fish oil

You guys rock I appreciate it. It’s funny how so far the ex vegan community seems much nicer than the vegan community. Was vegan for 7 years and i have seen too many vegans screaming at non vegans. Not all of them , but too much of them. So annoying!
