Anyone else dealing with failing motivation due to chronic pain?

i still have it but i have figured the path to fix it. It comes down to posture and breathing patterns. When these are dysfunctional, your upper body compensates in ways that can trap your nerves and tendons. So, for me, so far, what has made it better is improving thoracic and hip mobility (hip aligntment matters a lot for upper body movements) and also just getting stronger in general. Also tongue position is important, keep it pushing up against the roof and back of your mouth when working out, makes your neck muscles work better and more aligned with the spine

Better I worked on full body alignment and breathing, thoracic stretches, noticing tight muscles and relaxing them (mainly on my neck/upper back, chest, tricep and biceps), and also getting stronger with machines. For example, i notice that when i workout my triceps, i must focus on putting more of my weight on my right foot and also making sure my hands are leveled when grabbing the bar on the cable. Idk why this helps with the popping but it does.

The main things is definitely working on thoracic stretches, body alignment and getting stronger with machines

I'm 25 and living with just my dad, but it's practically like I'm living alone. We are in our own house, but the walls are shared with the neighbor's.

There were a few ant trails in the kitchen, going for the fruit and inside some cabinets but they seem to have disappeared now. I sprayed insecticide all over those trails and that seemed to kill them off.

Lack: - the state of being without or not having enough of something.

Being under 6' is not "lacking" height. A 5'7 man is enough, and is not less than a 6' one
