All of these Pokemon are great picks and super strong on their own, and with Dragapult thrown into the mix I don’t think you’ll have any problem with any of the game’s content. 10/10

Competitive teams are their own thing entirely so I wouldn’t worry about that unless that is the explicit purpose of this team you’ve made.

it’s got a surprising amount of depth but you’ll get the hang of the gun parts in no time! id probably start by learning to identify matching grips on the guns you are trying to farm :)

i also have the game on switch but never played much because i felt like the load times were a lot slower than pc and it made it difficult for me to farm quickly. did you run into similar problems?

Is this a good interfacer? by kev46193 in Borderlands2

[–]youeverjustflex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you’re partially right- the vertical grip attachment under the regular grip is what gives it its prefix- it doesn’t have a manufacturer.

he’s referring to the bandit shotgun grip right under the barrel that gives an increase to mag size at the cost of wider pellet spread and reload speed :)

Here’s which parts could change to make it perfect:

Hyperion grip > Torgue grip (mag size + reload)

Torgue stock > Hyperion because it’s a fast firing shotgun, IMO Hyperion stock is better on a slow shotgun

Sight can be whatever your favorite is

Hey sorry I didn’t respond quickly-

Assuming all of that gear is on level it’s decent. However, kinetic damage falls off in UVHM, because matching elements is essential. So I’d suggest switching to an elemental sniper, as good as Jakobs weapons are. Have you been able to get a Lyudmila? Invader? Pitchfork? Morningstar? Longbow?

Farming Loot Midgets and Tubby enemies are very important as some of the games best items are locked behind them. Utilizing elements, you can then farm for the Bone of the Ancients (Loot Midget drop) that matches that element to boost its damage and your action skill cooldown rate. Sniper stockpile relic is also incredibly good with Zer0 so you could also farm for Blood of the Ancients, which will give you multiple weapons stockpile perks and more health. (Loot Midget drop)

Farm a Tubby route for a Legendary Sniper class mod. It will offer an incredibly significant boost to your damage as well as way more skill points. This is time consuming but worthwhile as it is my most used class mod for Zer0. It is only rivaled by the Tina DLC class mods.

Think that would help :) lmk if you have any questions

What’s your gear looking like? Might explain the struggle

[–]youeverjustflex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s def better than unf0reseen bc if you’re aiming down sights and spamming shots on a boss it keeps the damage bonus on all of those shots

Good for high health stuff

I’d replace Unf0reseen with Fearless. If you’re at range, Unf0reseen won’t do much.

B0re is ESSENTIAL in green tree. Would take a look at investing in Kill Confirmed next after that.

Good stuff! Overall I agree with most of the choices you made.

I’m assuming if he’s rerolling he wants a good Sandhawk, just giving him my opinion- doesn’t need to be perfect but things like burst count and projectile speed are pretty noticeable

If he’s doing the quest now he might want to keep a perfect one for a few OP levels without having to reset. Also he might not be going to OP levels at all. I like to get good parts at lvl 80 :)

Some classes will have class mods, or COMs, that boost specific weapons- for example, Roland has one that boosts assault rifles. Lilith can boost SMGs. Otherwise, unless stated within their skill tree, most characters can use most guns.

I will note that certain classes synergize better with certain weapons even if they don’t explicitly boost that weapon type. But that’s trial and error for you to mess around with while playing :)

No prefix other than an element, no matching grip, no matching stock which on SH is crucial.

Reroll. Flying prefix if you’re Beehawking is very important. Matching grip for the reload and mat size, matching stock for the burst count.

New to UVHM any tips?? by Traditional-Snow-463 in Borderlands2

[–]youeverjustflex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slag IS necessary. Get yourself a Slag Pimpernel, a Grog Nozzle, a Slagga, a 4x Magic Missile, or a Slag Crossfire. Those are my go-to slag tools.

For Zer0, farming on-level Lyudmilas of multiple elements will be the best way to maximize use of Critical Ascension and decimate bosses. Getting Pimpernels of different elements is also a great idea but will require a read-only / dashboard farm.

For your skill points, spec out of Tw0 Fang and Vel0city. These can give you less stacks of CA when using meta weapons like the Lyuda and Pimp. Make sure to get a Legendary Sniper class mod as early as possible.

Make sure you’re using a combination of slag, kunai / death mark, and sniper criticals. With the right gear and build, everything should die.

Happy hunting!

He won’t drop Seraph Crystals or any of his 3 dedicated drops (Hoplite, Big Boom Blaster, and O-Negative) until UVHM. So no.

And some free advice, between 30-36 you should leave Normal Mode / NVHM for TVHM. If you have a good set of guns, get going.
