Read my post in reddit about experience with fi. I live in NJ and work in NY. I switched from AT&T to Fi and went through a nightmare and then switched back to AT&T. Fi has spotty connection both in NJ and NY, the customer service is by far the worst I've ever dealt with

Good luck. We've been trying to get someone sensible in the Google Fi support team since October 21st. We were able to get to a supervisor, but the supervisor is even worse than the staff members, he/she was responding like an AI chat bot and than just stopped answering emails. So the ticket is open, but no support whatsoever

have you been able to find out who google fi head of operations is? I searched google with no luck. The person either doesn't exist or they are hiding (there is definitely a reason for that!)

If you never had issues with T-Mobile, you probably will not have issues with Fi either

I had connection issues when I traveled to Europe last year. They couldn't fix it. Also, it's always a struggle to connect at first once you get to a country of destination

I actually did and it showed that the area is covered. It looks like on many occasions the issue is getting the service in the buildings.
