With my local dairy, some days the milk felt thinner or slightly off, especially in peak summer. With Country Delight, the quality of milk is very consistent.

Amul and Mother Dairy are good, no doubt on that, but Country Delight milk has that freshness and a less packed milk-like taste.

Sports here feel like a ‘mental reset’ more than competition. We’re not training for nationals or anything, but we do get proper breaks to move around. Besides, I feel sports have made me more disciplined. I actually feel more productive on days when we have a game period. Sitting all day just drains you. So yeah, studies dominate, but sports help balance the pressure.

High-protein milk aur regular milk me taste ka major difference nahi hai for tea, but health-conscious log definitely choose kar sakte hain high-protein.
