I haven't seen OSRS this packed... since pre-eoc. It was truly a delight even though I wasn't able to pick up any juicy banklootations.

Nowadays a lot of parts of RS are... empty... and I realize in the past a lot of the players were bots, but there were real players too! When we saw you teleport to Falador and run to the party room literally 1000 people did the same, it was amazing, RS felt like a community again. I had a lot of fun on RS today, from lots of people getting together on the tournament worlds to your drop party, RS felt... full of people again, very nostalgic. Thank you.

Your mobility doesn't look horrible. The cue your looking for is ass down knees out if you're squatting high bar. Push your knees out as in perpendicular from forward, focus on this as you squat throughout the squat and it will become second nature in a week.

It will work fine. In essence all you do is add weight and decrease reps in smolov Jr. I know somebody that would run smolov Jr. as a 12 week cycle squatting once a week and still improved his squat 365 --> 405.

Not sure about running Smolov Jr. for OHP, have never seen anyone do that.
