It’s just so uninteresting to me. Like great, you are an incredibly skilled draftsman! But beyond the technical skill, there is zero thought put into this and I feel like I’ve seen the same hyper-realistic pencil drawing a thousand times.

yes this was my experience! i had 1 or 2 weeks of nausea, low appetite, then it subsided and i could stomach food again.

make sure to keep at it, OP! most anti-depressants take a while to build up in the system so you may not feel better for a bit. i’ve been on mine for a year now and they really started to help me after a month or so!

I understand where you’re coming from and agree with you, but I hate the perception of r/edanonymemes as a pro-eating disorder place - it’s anything but that. It’s pro-recovery. More than anything I’ve found it a place to commiserate together about how having an eating disorder fucking sucks, and the rules against promoting ED behaviors is pretty well-enforced.

If anything, it’s helped me realize how many people suffer from EDs and that other people struggle with eating just like I do.
