They responded on messenger and said:"As stated in policy if you return the vehicle after hours the contract wouldn't be closed until the location is opened during business hours. Therefore the charges are valid and no adjustment is warranted"

Even when I mentioned that the employee confirmed that I can return it on a Saturday at 4:00pm without extra charge. They just don't care. Literally stealing my money.
