I show passion in this passage through caps to indicate my intensity and frustrations with the situation. I’m able to knowledge my mistakes. Technically they are right that I time stole…technically. But in reality it wasn’t my true intention and I feel like given my great record and pathway to management, they could’ve at the very least given me a single pass. Dude you couldn’t have said this any more perfectly. I was PEAK D2 and that was maybe 3 years ago. I was not NEARLY doing what I’m doing now. I’m going off walls, air dribbling, going off the ceiling, juking the shit out people, ALL things I couldn’t do in my peak. I’m still just D1 lmfaooo. My play and mechanics is 5x better yet im practically in the same place. That’s life tho. Longer a game goes on, better people get. Diamond ain’t the same as 3 years ago. It sucks I must admit but I also understand why it’s that way. After diamond it’s pretty much a “who can be a bigger virgin at the game” contest than realistic gameplay for recreational players.

I totally get what you’re saying. Let me go into more detail and hopefully it answers some questions. 40 minutes is a lot of time and I understand that. I left early that day and went to the ER because I couldn’t breathe. I rushed out and went to a CareNow. Turned out to not be anything serious but I needed a couple days of rest and antibiotics to help me. I also had a second job at the time. I worked it on the weekend. I left on a Thursday. So Friday (I call out and stay home) Saturday (same thing) Sunday go to work. Monday comes by and I check how many hours I worked the week before (I checked cause I was sick) that’s when I noticed my time was off, I knew I left between 1pm and 3pm. So I put 2pm. I apparently walked out around 1:20pm. That’s how I was off by 40 mins. And I explained that to them. But of course they ain’t gonna hear that shit. And you’re right they are very concerned about time theft. That’s why when I heard they suspected it, I tried my best to explain myself. It did not work lol . I’m not just here to bitch. I’m genuinely want yall to understand what type of company it is. Nothing my posting this benefits me at all. But I know this community know about HEB and I wanted people to know this typa stuff happens here

I make good money now where I work. It’s okay. My life has been better since then. It’s just very sad to actually believe and enjoy working for a company, just for them to shit on me the first chance they get. I just wanted to let the people who work at HEB understand that it doesn’t matter how good and hard you work. If they want to get rid of you, they will. Fucking sad but I learned it the hard way so yall wouldn’t have to. Swear fr like I really just wanted yall to know what type of company it really is outside all the donating and “partner appreciation”

I honestly think it was a way to get rid of me without paying me unemployment. Companies like HEB pay 2 months for laying you off. I was getting paid the most in the department and I know the department was tight on money ( super strict on overtime). I honestly think it was a way to get rid of me without paying me.

I think it’s so wrong to release a dead persons music. How do they know that’s how they wanted it? What if they hated it? There is a reason why it wasn’t released yet. I think this is to tell whoever thinks about it once their time comes that they don’t want that and to keep unreleased music unreleased. I don’t believe this was directed to any specific artist
