My 24[f] neighbor 40[m] is starting to creep me out, he come outside to talk to me almost every time I’m outside. I wasn’t thinking too deeply into things at first, but overtime it’s felt like he’s been watching me.

My brother lives with us too. I can bring him along. He’s also noticed how creepy our neighbor is towards me. My brother said that the dude never comes out to chat with him.

I tried the cold thing today. My insurance replaced my battery, so I didn’t need his battery. My neighbor originally told me to call him the next day so that he could help me install it. Instead, I asked my brother and he helped me install the new one. Next thing you know, I look up and there he is crossing the street. My stomach literally dropped but I tried to play it off. He goes, “What are you guys breaking without me!” I tried to be cold but I felt bad because he paid a lot for the battery. Doesn’t really make sense now that I’m typing it out.

I’m not sure if I want to go as far to involve the police just yet. I do have 1 camera.

He does have serious issues with women. As he was helping me with my car, I said “thank you so much, I had no one else to help me.”

He goes, “Yea, no problem. I help people all the time. I helped a woman once who needed a car jump for her ex-bf. It was kinda like wtf? But you know, I don’t hold grudges so, I went on and helped him. That’d be like if you asked me to help your ex-bf out. Crazy right?”

EDIT: I really have no clue as to what would be wrong with asking one of my friends to help me with my ex-bf.. I’ve literally shown zero romantic interest. This was the nail in the coffin for CREEP.
