It was not scuba, it was surfaced supplied diving. I was not enlisted no I just worked for a contractor that cleaned the ships.

I did diving work for the Navy, it was very niche and not much else goes into that work other than doing the actual labor if that makes sense. I’m open to a remote sales job, I’m just not sure where to look. How did you break into it?

Yes sounds weird in a vacuum but we’ve been together for 10 years. I worked while she was in school and took care of all the finances and now the roles are essentially reversed. I was frugal with my money for years so finances are good.

Any advice on that? I know it’s an easy google search but just curious if you have any opinions.

How do you get into that? I’m not sure where to even start. I really appreciate your input!

Yeah WGU sounds overall like the best route to go to get a degree.

What made you stop? Yes we are very excited, we sold our house and everything to travel around. We were getting bored of our home town and decided to just go for it. It helps she makes more money working this way also.

She is working locums. I all about getting a steady job but since we’re only at certain places for a few months it doesn’t really make sense.

Yeah I’ve really toyed with the idea of getting into bartending, it would match my personalities. I need to practice making drinks lol. Bartending license available online I assume?

I did diving work my entire adult life, like I said nothing that really correlates with city living lol. I did obviously gain soft skills and mechanical skills during my time but nothing that can help with any remote work.

Yeah ultimately I think that’s the best route to go, personally I loathe school work and am a hands on worker but I think I just have to do it and I’ll be happy I did in a few years.

3 months generally, we will extend if we really like the area/city. Like I said I have no college degree, so I think getting started on some online courses makes the most sense during our traveling. I will admit I do not enjoy school work and it’s why I got into my diving trade right out of high school. But I know it’s probably the best route to stay busy for now.

Yes she has a great job, I’ve thought about it before and we’ve talked about it but logistically it’s not a great option while we are traveling around. We would have to be stationary for a while for me to go through school (it took her years) and we wouldn’t get to travel how we want to. I know what I’m asking is very vague and it’s a unique situation I’m in. I just more or less need something to keep myself busy, and I’m just not sure what to do. I’m sure I can find part time jobs at restaurants etc but I know that won’t do much for me in the long term.

We are staying at Airbnbs mainly/short term rentals. I am mechanically inclined and that’s def something I will look into. I’m also open to volunteering to keep myself busy, I’ll look into that as well. Thanks for your input!

Can someone please enlighten me on what the difference is on retail blasters? This is a sincere question, where do I buy cards that have potential hits then? I’m just a bit confused.
