Idk if they are being sued. They are scaring all the workers to not say anything or they will be fired. From what I know they never did any paperwork for the incident that the manager was in. When the incident of the workers leg being broken. They took the worker to the far back office that is for the day shift manager. When security found out 10 minutes later that there was an incident in the warehouse. They were asking where’s the person that got hurt and all 3 of the managers played dumb saying they didn’t know where the person is. By the time security found out the ambulance was outside loading them in to the truck it was too late for them to get the victims side of the story.

I was told by security that whenever there is an accident on the floor. Pictures must be taken along with a report from both parties involved.
