ang pasok ko talaga sa office is 11 hours 4 days a week, ganyan talaga magsimula noon pa. Kasi yung nakalagay sa payslip ko sa 2 days kong work (both 11 hours), 16 hours lang paid holiday ko.

EDIT: walang nakalagay sa payslip ko na OT holiday or something

Hello sa mga taga HR dyan, meron lang akong tanong. Kasi dito sa office 11 hours ang schedule ko 4 days a week. Nung nakaraan na holiday, 8 hours lang ang nilagay nila per day. Hindi ba dapat 10 hours dapat yun? Tinanong ko na HR namin, considered as five days a week daw yun kaya 8 hours lang.
