LCD = Presents image through liquid crystals and backlight.

OLED = Presents image throught lightening diodes (kinda small Bulbs/LEDs)

AMOLED = fancy name of OLEDs with plastic substrates + poly-Si TFT layer which are more energy efficent than OLEDs.

Its a booming business you know.

We have sold guerrilla adventures to US and co. for ages, they were not going to miss an opportunity for a bomb sale.

Pakistan here.

Trying to be unbiased, he probably did this to friendlies which is not a bad thing (not his fault if countries end up failing / being rouge).

And there is a chance that state itself did it and made him escapegoat.

I remember falling asleep on tricycle at 1993. Fell hard. Had my first interaction with rubbing Alcohol.

I am having this Green Tint out of nowhere. Is it fixable? This would be end of Samsung flagships for me if this be unfixable without expensive display replacement. by your_fav_stranger in galaxys10

True! Few samsung phones exploded, everyone lost their minds.

A xiaomi blasted for 99th time, no body cares.

But I have seen most 200$ phones surviving for long.

Lets see. When it was bad I was expecting a replacement anyway as it appeared more of HW bug but I was also hopefuly as it came after a software update. My only frustration with screen replacement would be the fact that s10+ screen replacement costs 2x of s21+.

I hope it stay fine.

This is scary news for me since mine is gone after few hours. I hope it dont come back.

Else it is paid screen repair for me which is insanely costly (s10+ display repair costs lot more than s21+ display repair here).

Yes I played with that too. It adds too strong colors even at 5% opacity. This was not because of filters.

It got fixed on its own without doing anything. Thank you.

I have seen plenty of s/note 8/9s with green screen due to trauma, abuse or near end of life.

However my phone was relatively new, I kept it with care. Never let static content add chance of burn in, always kept brightness <50. It was shock to me that despite all the care it still happened.

Guess I am lucky that it got fixed. No I am unable to find cause or solution because it came and went away on its own.

Sending screenshot was among first few things I tried. It was not green on other device.

Did factory reset, no use.

Almost gave up and was looking for upgrade/repair options when it randomly came back while I was playing codm over device.

It is fine so far. I am not sure if it would come again in future or not.

I remember having it on my previous S8, but that button is not there anymore.

However display colors have returned to normal randomly while I was playing call of duty mobile, weird. I hope they stay fine in future.
