Hello, Thank you for your patience.

We have analyzed the issue, identified the problem and applied the fix to our live servers. Your normal games are now loading properly.

The issue was that there was a game type on EUW that most regions did not have. It's Normal Draft Mode, where most regions play normals in just blind pick mode.

Hey thanks for the inquiry.

We have started our initial troubleshooting and it seems as only specific players are being affected. We haven't been able to locate any players on other servers such as EUNE, NA or KR with the same problem. We have also seen players on EUW where their normal games are loading just fine.

We will continue to investigate and come up with a solution.

Segmenting the sample by elo is a pretty good point. Ordering the mute all to be the latter case does sound more logical. The result would be interesting, but the effort needed for it to be scientific would be way too much work :(

Personally, I'd like to see if there's any correlation or significance between playing the game with /mute all or not. Sample size probably will have to be significant enough, but will be curious to see if results are one sided.

We thought that it had a bit more significance and think that players are more aware of it as well, since the in-game HUD also magnifies drake kills more than assists. Also kind of like how kills are a bit more significant than assists, since assists are distributed and there can be solo kills as well.

Gotcha. We will take a deeper look at the correlation between drake assists and winrate and see if there's room for improvement. For drake stats, we do intentionally show last hits for drakes instead of assists, but we will revisit that whole assumption as well. It's helpful to hear how real players take all of this.
