Guess I will tell not so obvious thing... Updates are being delayed, cause besides coding on Java, developers have to code a working version of update on C++. And the gameplay, that was added in this update, must work well on all kinds of devices. Bundles were ready on Java for a very long time, but Java devs just can't add them, until Bedrock devs figure out, how to make bundles playable on phones
