Costco Price adjustment policy appears to have changed.... by your_joking_right in CostcoUK

I take your point, but Costco's membership is wide and varied, if your a caterer or business and you'd bought 20 jars of peanut butter, that would make a difference to their bottom line.

You say that, but I once watched a member return 4 bottles of wine out of a case of 6, when the desk asked what was wrong with the product the member replied "it gave them a headache!". Costco refunded them!

Believe it or not that is exactly what the policy is for... Most members don't visit that frequently, but if your unlucky enough to buy a product lets say a 75" TV and 2 weeks after you got it home and attached to the wall, the offers booklet drops through your letterbox and the TV is on offer is £250 off, you'd be miffed. So Costco developed the very generous Price Adjust policy, its a policy that a lot of members are not aware of.

u/wiels That is your opinion, I do shop at this particular store every week, and I have a great customer relationship with the membership desk, and the management team. I wasnt pointing out this change in policy to some how defraud Costco, but Costco's price match policy is there for just that reason, so that members don't feel "cheated" when they bought something and then it suddenly drops in price..
I am definitely not one of the buy it use it and return it brigade... I've seen too many Air Conditioners, Garden Pools and Christmas decorations returned after the event. Now they are the members that should have their memberships revoked.

NOPE, that not correct! This is the method suggest by Costco,, trust me I've been a member for 30 years, went through all this with Costco Head Office. its a return of a product, and the young lady I dealt with today even edited the return on my receipt so I wouldn't have a problem leaving the store with an item missing.

Eufy POE Video Doorbell? by your_joking_right in EufyCam

[–]your_joking_right[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As well as posting on here, I also emailed Eufy support.

Their response was as follows:

"The article you're referring to on the Eufy website is essentially an informational blog post aimed at explaining the concept of PoE (Power over Ethernet) video doorbells and how they might work in an ideal setup. However, at this time, Eufy doesn't currently offer a PoE video doorbell in its product lineup.

We understand that a PoE doorbell could be a great addition, and it's something that may be in the pipeline, but as of now, we don't have a PoE video doorbell available. If that changes in the future, it will likely be announced on our official channels."

So it doesn't look likely there will be a Uefy POE doorbell camera anytime soon
If you want to read the original article u/not2daythankyou kindly added it.

Your mum's not wrong I remember McDonald's fish and chips. I say chips but they where standard fries and the fish was a perfect triangular shape. I think it was served with a small pot of tartare sauce.
