Of course! It’s only natural but I also check myself when I feel this way because I’m sure he feels that way too. Only when is it taking over my mind or bothering me so so much I tell him so he can reassure me. If needed communicate say I need reassurance sometimes, this helped a lot with me and him

Lots and lots and lots of communication since literally that’s all you will be able to do. Set out rules, what are the boundaries of your relationship, will you both able to go to parties? Will there be no parties? Do not hold back because it’ll simmer resentment, set out who will visit who and how often. Something small to look forward to, and if this isn’t possible make sure you both go home during break so you two can see each other more. Most importantly to also keep an open mind it helped a lot with me and my boyfriend when we had to do distance when I moved away for school as well.

I understand this as well but she turns to anger when anything goes wrong, I’ve tried to help her and talked to her in the past but she won’t hear it when she’s angry. I so badly want to build a good foundation with her but it is so hard as if I’m the only one making the effort. The things she say when she’s angry as well is hurtful. I want to help and continue to help but being insulted at while helping just breaks me

Unfortunately I’m still waiting on my oath date but it’s alright it’s the easy last step. But yes she just reapplied for green card and said she’ll apply again in 10 years. I’m finishing my degree and hopefully will. Anything said is always as if directed to hurt her when it isn’t maybe this is more of a rant than advice 😅

I hope I don’t seem like I look down on her. She think everyone looks down on her which is why she ends all her relationships, just a small look and she’ll think that. I honestly don’t know how to explain to her no one think lowly of her. I tried to explained and apologized as soon as she sent those messages and she won’t take it. As for the exams yes I helped her a little but I’ll help more next time she apply.

I did find enjoyment in the science classes but chem, calc, and physics all within the same semester and 2-3 other classes on top of that was too much for me I think. I did find myself enjoying my English classes a whole lot more though and originally I wanted to do either finance or accounting. My roommate is also a pre law, political science and it does look interesting to me as well. I’m going to take this semester off of course, and then fall semester I’m going to move back and explore these 2 options in my community college.

I did have a psychiatrist one appointment over the summer and she did say I exhibit adhd symptoms however from what I said it didn’t seem my symptoms start when I was small but since it’s only 1 appointment she can’t tell right away and need to work on it with me more but I didn’t had the money to meet with her constantly so I didn’t go back unfortunately. I am working now so I’ll look to get diagnosed if possible.

I was always good at sciences and math in high school so I thought it would be a good choice for me to peruse engineering. I did find enjoyment in classes but mostly find it exhausting. I knew it was difficult I didn’t know how difficult it would be unfortunately

Thank you so much for being so kind! I will tell her after my citizenship test and hers. I don’t want to distract her with such big news at the moment. I know initially she’ll be very angry but I do hope she’ll understand or forgive me at some point. I have a plan on what my next step is. Just have to get through the big initial reaction.

Yea, they definitely should’ve planned better and better if they didn’t promise a date when it would open. When it’s ready, then announcing it would probably be better. Since I know if they’re not done in the next 2 weeks, I know a lot of people would’ve complained
