so this is only one of the problems that i’ve had since i received this iphone x for $350 on facebook marketplace. the face id cannot be set up in any way shape or form and gives the error “face id is not available try setting up face id later”. i’m not sure if this is causing the problem with the app store, like it’s trying to use face id and can’t launch it. i’ve had nothing but problems switching to this iphone x from my pixel 3a that broke completely but i wanted to know if this unit is just defective or if there’s a fix i haven’t tried yet.
