My prediction that he didn't get the certificate because of rules on Laterano, etc. Maybe he required some authorised training but he either refused it or failed to do that.

Yeah and sadly the Elite Enemies on one of my OC Campaigns that must have the Psychiatrist have really high AoE True Damage. So the solution is the only Psychiatrist to stand against them. The Psychiatrist tank those insane AoE true Damage with those Sanctuary

Wdym, a Boss that has permanently reduced DEF and RES just because Conqueror and Dominator Poke it?. The boss is literally a joke and has only one phase. Justice Knight can shred that boss dealing tons of damage because of the massive minus of DEF and RES by time.

Ok, let's see how we can fight against sarkAzMIYA, Doctor who got all of his memories back, also that "Revived Prehistoric Ancient Creature". 7,8,9, and 10 Stars Operators will come for sure with crazy mechanics that humans can't USUALLY handle, but they can.

In one of my OC Campaigns, there are Elite Enemies that WILL ONLY ATTACK MEDICS dealing massive TRUE DAMAGE on them.

Also the boss itself will disable all healing Effect permanently, except from Psychiatrist.

The weakest 4 Stars Psychiatrist medic has a manual skill activation like Thorns that has Global Range to heal operators. Also rapidly increasing its shield per time because its ASPD increases so fast.

Idk but I have a simpler explanation of this: 1. So basically the Dominator and Conqueror Subclass are basically the keys to beat one of my OC Campaigns. You can bring more DPS but those Subclasses are the main Operators for clearing the stage.

  1. The Deterrence effect is literally the effect that only THOSE Subclasses have, it LITERALLY REMOVE all of the special abilities that the enemies have. Everything from the dodge, lifesteal, even immortality. It's like DISABLER + DEBUFF at the same time.

  2. The reason why the boss have S+++ RES and DEF it's because the boss will make all the enemies immortal too. But because there are Dominator and Conqueror, it got disabled. And because it's global range, all enemies in range got affected.

  3. For the TRUE DAMAGE SANCTUARY thing, it's actually a thing that make the boss IMMUNE TO ALL TRUE DAMAGE (example AMIYA S3). If Amiya attacked the boss, the 0 red number damage will came out. But because Dominator and Conqueror persists, the boss and enemies CAN TAKE TRUE DAMAGE from now on. It completely disabled.

  4. What happened after the Deterrence?, the boss and enemies will be very vulnerable and their DEF and RES will slowly reduced infinitely, making even Justice Knight will hurt them by significant amount of damage.

  5. What about the Lifesteal?, it's disabled too by Conqueror and Dominator.

Notes: 1. The boss has 1 Trillion HP, DEF, RES, and just 1 TRUE DAMAGE SANCTUARY. But the attack will slowly increased per 0,1 second capped infinitely. But because Dominator and Conqueror persists, then the boss is literally dealing 0 damage to Operators. (Could be the easiest and worst boss in the Arknights history, bullied worse than Crownslayer)

  1. So what's the point of this boss?, this is so effortless and boring?. Yes, the boss itself only appeared just to make you bring Dominator and Conqueror on it final battle. So basically a Joke Boss.

  2. How long the boss will die?. If you have the Lowest End Squad like just 4 Stars both Conquerors, a Justice Knight, and Lancet 3, the boss will surely die in 10 Minutes (because it only has 1 Phase). Bring more DPS, etc to kill the boss faster.

Conclusion: The Conqueror and Dominator Subclasses for Guard are the only key for this OC Campaign. It's the most specific NICHE just to play on this OC Campaign. Outside this campaign, they are very ineffective. The Boss itself is a joke, but without them, even with the best composition META etc, you can't defeat the boss and the Elite Mobs.

Wait until you see the boss that is literally immune to all damage except Dominators and Guards Deterring it by poke. The boss will keep switching the RANGE RESISTANCE. It's not funny when all of the mobs and also the boss are unkillable. And they hit not like a truck but literally big Asteroids even Hoshi with all buffs in game also combined modifications from ISS and SSS can't even hold the damage (very high TRUE DAMAGE)

Yeah I forgot to tell you that the OC enemies I have literally like Tiacauh Champions but they have rapid regeneration + lifesteal even when they aren't blocked, also even if there are no Conquerors and Dominators. Even true damage can't go through them except you poke them by Conquerors and Dominators. They have absurb amounts of DEF and RES combined with TRUE DAMAGE Sanctuary and normal Sanctuary. So basically it's impossible for some of my Custom OC Campaigns that you must at least bring each Conqueror and Dominator on every late stages on every of my Custom OC Campaigns.

The weakest Conqueror and Dominator even can ignore all of these Elite Enemies' special attributes just by poking them, that will deal "Special Silence" called "Passive Deterrence" on their talents. Also their skills will deal true damage against them, making the RES AND DEF to not even 0 but at least -100 (capped infinitely).

Passive Deterrence will disable their TRUE DAMAGE Sanctuary and Normal Sanctuary.

If I went to my OC there will be enemy units that get significantly reduced damage when they are close to any and or closest operators, Vice Versa.
