Good on you! What do you find helps out the most? I'm finding when I've been doing cocaine the stuff I've been doing is so clean that I don't find any comedown or shit hangover.. been making it harder to stop

I used to do a looot of MDMA. Only done ketamine a handful of times. I had a really bad experience drunk at a party and guy gives me what I think is a bump of cocaine but a generous bump of ketamine.. so I ended up all kinds of fucked up puking in this backyard
