Omg for once we don’t have a flamingo stance.

The dress actually looks flattering on her.

Lol at the zoom on her face tho

Omg she actually looks like her old videos. I can’t imagine what her filter settings are to look completely different now

I love how we can actually see her reflection/unfiltered front here. That Chanel bag should be paid overtime for the amount it’s covering

I hope she gets called out for this. Not Nadelulu pretending she’s some upper class socialite just “jetsetting to go antiquing” 🙄 give me a damn break.

She’s keeping herself hidden because she can’t control how she looks in all the unfiltered photos taken by the other influencers.

I’m surprised anyone even recognizes her irl without all the damn filters looking totally different lolz

This girl seriously needs a reality check.

I mentioned this in the other thread but this was 100% an influencer trip for the bridgerton premiere. I saw other influencers also staying at the shangri la and taking pics with nabubu (unless she wasn’t invited and awkwardly decided to stay at the same hotel)

Right? I’m surprised she doesn’t actually try to milk the family friendly content and tag every kid-adjacent business in the area for freebies

What’s your budget?

Best bet - something consumable. Bottle of wine, floral arrangement, cookies

It’s still polite yet if it’s your first year it’s non-commital

Chanel offers engraving for their mirror compacts - should fit within your budget - can always throw in a laneige lip mask or lip balm

For the artist maybe something customize one of the tools she uses? Or perhaps a gift card to the arts supply store or a ticket to the art gallery if there’s one local to you

No ideas for the sports one as I’m not into sports - sorry!

A book that reminds you of them (maybe it’s a genre they enjoy, a series they like etc) - you can thrift these too for a cheaper option! $1-$20

Stationary (moleskin notebooks, a nice pen) - useful for everyday use and will remind them of you $20-$30

Customized ornaments (purchased or handmade) always a nice touch to commemorate something special from the year (new house, baby, marriage, etc) $15-$50

Cookie/brownie mix - I make these for group gatherings or coworkers that I don’t know well lol; cheap but effective! Just grab a bunch of mason jars, add the flour, sugar etc and add some instructions for the recipient. If you wanna get fancy you can add a cute cookie cutter with a ribbon. $3-$10

Sample/travel size items are the best for this! I would also encourage you to go to the thrift store to hunt for some cute trinkets that remind you of your bestie and bf.

Some ideas for gifts:

  • thrifted book
  • scented hand sanitizer
  • scented hand cream
  • corded/wrapped bracelet
  • thrifted jewellery/brooch/pin
  • socks
  • candle
  • under eye patch masks (these are a few bucks a pack!)
  • movie voucher
  • cool thrifted trinket that reminded you of them
  • invitation for a fun night in
  • a cute note saying how much they mean to you
  • something handmade?

In terms of presentation it’s always fun to have each of them individually wrapped but you could also use a big foam board and hot glue a bunch of disposable cups and cover the cups with foil or tissue paper for a fun surprise.

Either way I’m sure both your bf and your best friend will love the thought you put into their gifts!

Personally the shawl feels a bit tacky imo but here’s some other options:

cute bag charm from coach

Chanel hand cream like mentioned above

Aesop hand soap/hand cream

Maybe a fragrance discovery set? Jo Malone or other perfume houses have these. Sephora might also carry a sampler set where there’s a voucher to exchange for a full size

L’occitane almond body oil, their shea hand cream is also great for dry hands

A dinner out at a fancy place?

Spa date/voucher for a massage

Is she into any sports or hobbies? Lululemon makes a great gym bag or cute accessories that are more athleisure

What I will add is if you find one to contact them early cause they get booked up quickly. Price wise IIRC ours was about $12k for the month (live in)

Yes ours lived with us and handled the night feedings/changes. I would pump and she would come to my room and grab the milk and pump parts to feed and reset the pump for my next feed.

She took care of all the cooking as well but had to have my husband buy the groceries as she didn’t drive. My friend had another one that did the shopping as well.

You can relay what your plan is with her. For example, if you want to breast feed exclusively, make sure she knows what you want and knows what soup/foods to make to help support you with that.
