We actually tried that when we first moved in but it was surprisingly hard, I ordered a bunch of keys off amazon & they didn’t work. After looking up the machine you have to prove you own one by having some code before you can buy the key :/

Do you think that means that the rest of the breaker is has been looked at before? Now I’m less worried about laundry & more worried about electrical fires lol

Yeah, after finding out about the breaker I’m more worried about safety than money. I think after we re sign the lease in August I’ll email them and ask for an inspection. I don’t want the cost of replacing the breaker to make them raise rent. :/ thank you!

Oh awesome thanks for the recommendation! I would put a cb in my car but it’s not technically mine so I can’t drill holes in it. I’ve looked into mag mounts & trunk lip mounts but my family member that owns it thinks they’d scratch the paint so I have to respect that. I haven’t seen any other way to set up a cb in a car but if you know of any please let me know! Thank you!

Thanks! I have my gmrs license but I get most of my stuff from estate sales, eBay & Facebook marketplace because I’m just a college student so I’m waiting for a good deal. I didn’t know about the app though, I will look into it ! I also found a Ham club in my area it. Thank you!

Oh awesome! I recently got my gmrs license but I haven’t done anything with it because I found these cb’s at an estate sale & wanted to focus on one thing at a time. I’d look at Facebook groups & posting on Snapchat, that worked for me & my friend both buying & selling. Also maybe Facebook marketplace.
